32.5 update

By Courtney Robertson | August 22, 2017

Wellspan Maternal Fetal Meds discharged me. Baby boy is head down, weighs 2oz more now than Asher did when he came out at 34w. They cancelled my 2x weekly no-stress tests and weekly ultrasound exams. Now I am down to just routine doctor appointments – which is so weird. I was at 3 appointments a…

32w nesting update: after work today’s plans include mega grocery shopping to make freezer/casserole meals for after baby. Any tips on the best prices around Chambersburg to buy 25lbs of chicken breast? BJs? A few other semi-annual cleaning & organizing tasks left. Getting it done before a 4 day beach getaway. Baby nesting update: the car has been cleaned inside & out, the strollers have been scrubbed, and the infant carrier is getting installed. I’m furniture shopping for a dresser to move Asher’s clothes into so I can unpack newborn clothes soon. I’m starting to plan my freezer meal stash. Last year at this time we…

NICU Reunion

By Courtney Robertson | July 5, 2017

Asher had a pediatric neurology follow up today. He is successfully discharged from their care to continue with regular pediatrician and early intervention services. His weight and head circumference are in the 50th percentile while his height is in the 99%! My little preemie is not so small anymore. Afterward, we had a good visit.…
