I was reminded by a few friends that children really do pick up on all that is happening around them. That couldn’t have been better timed. Just after that conversation, I headed outside with the boys.
They were super excited to help me pot up tomato seedlings. Later we wandered outside to walk around the garden. Asher

We checked out al the flowers around the yard in bloom as well.
Pro tip: if you let broccoli, cabbage, and brussel sprouts alone at the end of last growing season, like dejected plants forgotten by the busyness of life, they may sprout something new the following year. Yummy!
